Summary

Every Session will be set in collaboration with you on the time line. Important is the 1st Session to be set the others will be adjusted if needed based on the progress. In general a 3 Week gap between the Session is likely for beginners, advanced might be less depending on the motoric abilities and my projections based on my over 15year experience.
